Line style and row type are other properties that describe a service line in more detail. FUTURA Engineering supports all relevant line types and types from SAP.
Line types:
Line styles are normal line, hint line, base line, and alternate line.
Notice lines are standardized or freely formulated descriptions that must be taken into account when pricing. They can refer to the entire item list, parts of the item list or individual power lines. It has neither quantity nor prices, so you cannot bill services on a notice line.
An alternate line describes an alternative execution to a basic line. You cannot perform service entry on an alternative line.
Row types:
Row types are additional properties that can describe a service line. The contingent line is a service that can be implemented if necessary. However, since this requires the OK of the customer, you cannot perform a service entry on a contingent line, the quantity field is locked.
If it is a service line of type Flat Rate Line, the quantity =1, i.e., You can only enter quantity 1 in the service recording, a lower or higher quantity is not possible.
==References== Bidder lines have no effect on the service recording but are purely informative.
"Reference to" column:
In the "Reference to" column, the service number of the originally commissioned service is displayed in the case of supplementary services. If, for example, there is an increase or decrease in quantities, the supplementary line is shown separately with the increase/reduction. In the following example, the client has submitted an addendum with two supplementary lines. Both addendum lines refer to contracted services whose service number is displayed in the Reference to field.
Column "Origin":
The column "Origin" shows the origin of the corresponding service line:
Purchase order → The service line has been defined by the customer in the purchase order (planned service)
Contract → The service line was added to the purchase order by the client from a contract
Free text line → The service line was created by the customer as a free text line in the order
