Status of a Quotation
You can create and submit a Quotation for a running request. As long as the request has the status "Running" (i.e., until the deadline) you can still revise your Quotation.
A Quotation can be in one of the following statuses:
Status | Description |
In preparation | You have created the Quotation but have not yet sent it to the client. You can delete the Quotation. |
Submitted | The Quotation has been sent to the client. |
Invalid | Due to a modification in the items list on part of the client, your submitted Quotation became invalid and must now be revised by you and sent to the client again. |
This status is also a filter criterion that is used to display the Quotations in the corresponding Quotation list.
