Quotation with predefined prices

If the purchaser has already specified unit prices for the individual services in the items list, you will see them under the column “Unit price (predefined)” in your quotation.

If the purchaser has additionally set the option that the predefined priced shall not be modified, then you can only maintain a discount or surcharge at header level (on the total amount of the quotation). Also see Maintain discount / surcharge at header level.

If the option was not set, then you can insert your own prices under the “Unit price” column.
